No. The Agencies menu is a public directory to browse companies. To register your own agency, use "For Agencies" or "Start free trial" — that takes you to the CRM signup.
After CRM signup, publish at least one property to the marketplace with status Available. Only then will your agency appear on the /agencies listing page.
