Who we are
PakLease (“we”, “us”) operates the public marketplace, free property tools, and agency CRM at paklease.pk and related subdomains. This policy explains how we handle personal data under applicable Pakistani law, including the Personal Data Protection Bill framework where relevant.
Information we collect
- Buyers & visitors: phone number (for OTP login), saved searches, enquiry details, device and usage data on listings and tools.
- Agencies: business name, owner contact, team accounts, listing content, CRM activity, billing and subscription records.
- Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral URLs, and cookies (see our cookie policy).
How we use data
- Operate search, listings, agency profiles, and free calculators
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse
- Connect buyers with agencies when you enquire on a property
- Improve the platform, analytics, and support
- Send service messages (e.g. OTP, instalment reminders for CRM customers)
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: the agency whose listing you contact; payment providers (e.g. JazzCash) for subscriptions; cloud and WhatsApp providers under contract; and authorities when required by law.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or legal obligations. Agency CRM records may be retained longer for audit and dispute resolution. We use encryption, access controls, and separate systems for buyer vs agency accounts.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable. Contact privacy@paklease.pk. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
